Man, I fucking hate when a recipe on youtube uses bullshit footage and makes me second guess if the recipe will come together. I was mixing 2 whole eggs, 2 yolks, 3/4 c sugar and starch, and it mixed like some dry fluff instead of a thick batter shown in the vid. At least the recipe did work.
