They just hate kids in general as well. Once the kid is born that give zero fucks. I remember this same narrative about ADHD in the 90s that it is over diagnosed. You are absolutely right though on all these points.
They hate a kid with a diagnosis because: 1- none of them got accomodations growing up 2- kids are property and a diagnosis means they're defective 3- object permanence. They can't see it so they don't think it's real 4- they have a primitive understanding of how minds work
