obsession was a good movie. i also think that people may be being a bit obtuse by claiming that anyone who thinks it's misogynistic has poor media literacy. it is possible to both understand that the film does not condone bear's actions while also thinking that the film is misogynistic.

whenever my cat is on the couch and I sit down on the couch, my cat moves to sit on my lap. wanted to sit on the couch but didn't want her on my lap cause I have stuff to do so I sat on the furthest couch from her. she STILL got up to sit on my lap. feeling loved but also girlll
in response to the drcc's ad telling grandparents not to hug or kiss their grandchildren without their consent, i saw one person say "if you can't consent, you also can't revoke consent", and to say otherwise is pedophilic. which does encapsulate why i hate it when people say children can't consent.
Professors should not date students because of the power imbalance, but Professors should not HAVE power like that over students. Its fucking sick and weird and unnecessary that a person teaching useful information to a FELLOW ADULT is a position of such power!!

i like when a fandom pretty much creates a shared false memory of something existing in canon that doesn't actually. like they've forgotten that what they're talking about is just a fanfiction concept. like "perfect cut gems" in the steven universe fandom. that's not a thing in the show!
