Worst we’ve known’: UK turns to imports as drought and heat hit vegetable crops. Food insecurity and higher prices would follow. Poor hit the hardest. Despite warnings, no plan for water shortages. Need reservoirs, water storage, better water management. Companies can't do national planning.

Mate I'm a nurse who was redeployed during Covid. I saw patients, friends and colleague die because of our government's late and poor response and the lack of PPE and good guidance. Don't try and tell me the restrictions were too much. We didn't do enough.
