My appt was at 6am on Monday, I was home just after 7am. There's no recovery except catching up on the sleep you missed. So, if you need a nudge to get yours, this is it!
If you are a creative who uses generative AI, I can say with the utmost certainty that you are not going to make it. You are destined to fail. You are not exercising that writer muscle that needs to be trained regularly.
