I really can't recall the last time I saw a legitimate 5 tool player. I'm guessing the answer is Byron Buxton when healthy, but I don't know that PCA is really able to be contextualized because there aren't many guys with that offense and that defense and that speed.

as a cis white man, what i've found to be the best version of allyship is not talking. Don't NOT defend your friends, but it's about not drawing attention about it. Don't talk about how much you LOVE the TRANS COMMUNITY. Stand up for trans people, but also, don't incite attention otherwise.

I signed up for a 5k in October.

No run for today. I'm mostly sticking to a Monday, Wednesday Friday rotation. Tuesday and Thursday evenings may have a bike ride, and saturday morning will be a wild card of activity. But apparently, from everything I've seen, I need to build in rest days.
