Many people use "sociopath" and "psychopath" interchangeably but the two are very different and actually easy to tell apart. Psychopaths have broad, U-shaped snouts where the lower teeth are typically not visible, while in sociopaths the snout is narrow and V-shaped & some lower teeth *are* visible.
