If you're at all familiar with DreamWorks' The Wild Robot, I'd absolutely recommend checking out the Peter Brown novel it's adapted from. I'm currently reading through the book myself and it's every bit as good as the movie! ^^
Also adding onto this, getting a library card grants you access to Libby as well as streaming services like Kanopy and Hoopla entirely FREE. Also also, support the used book store! All funds directly support the library and books for purchase are far less pricey compared to major retailers!

I wouldn't say "worst ever made," but that's only because I've seen some truly terrible films most don't bother seeking out. But in terms of big budget, theatrically released comic book adaptations from a major studio it's definitely in the bottom tiers.
