Change is possible: Occidental Ave before/after (different angle) This occurred way back in the 1970s under visionary Seattle Mayor Wes Uhlman, but I still take inspiration from it. Transformational change is possible with bold leadership, and in Seattle that usually means the mayor.

You will all be excited to know that the Pioneer Square pedestrian zone will go into effect EARLY for Monday's U.S. vs Belgium game, at 12:30pm. The game starts at 5pm, and the U.S. supporter march will leave Pier 58 at 3pm.
