If I was the Prime Minister the Home Sec, the Chief Constables of Hampshire, Kent and the Met, and the head of MI5 would all be in pieces on the floor of my office. I would be pinning medals on RNLI volunteers and I would be at the Pakistan U19 game. Where is Andy Burnham?
