A 118-unit proposal at 23rd & Walnut that was first reported by PBJ heads to Civic Design Review in September. Plans call for apartments over 2,750 sqft of retail and underground parking for 46 vehicles. A larger proposal here never came to fruition a few years back. Thoughts?
