had an easy breakfast this morning. sardines in olive oil on a slice of toasted sourdough rubbed with garlic and heaped with leftover guac, chopped toms, scallions. delicious.
Picked up a cassava today. Chopped it up and popped into the oven with cumin, turmeric and chilli. This was one of my most favourite things to eat as a kid.
Popped into an international shop which is basically my mum’s kitchen pantry. Followed by the local coffee shop for a cortado, and ginger & pear pastry.
