THE ODYSSEY's instantly, predictably enormous success is Exhibit #32176 that the right wing's grievance-farming operation is not some great American cultural shift. Most people don't give a shit about their petty crusades.
The Odyssey is probably a good diagnostic test: anyone who thought even for a moment the backlash was real has been brain poisoned by right-wing social media and they should immediately discontinue reading X, Facebook, etc.

Just sat down to watch The Odyssey in 70mm IMAX. This has been my most anticipated film since it was announced and I bought these tickets a year ago. Really excited to see what Christopher Nolan does with this and to see it in the best format possible. #theodyssey #bfi #imax #christophernolan
Worst film is probably Marching Powder. Closest I ever came to walking out of a film though is Batman v Superman.
