There have been Romance books (y'know, smut that's acceptable to read in public) that were also genre fiction for my entire life, and there has always been romance in genre fiction. None of it is new. But I guess... Good for them?

We may see fewer people able to make games for a living, fewer games with budgets matching some nations gdps, and increasingly slower release of games, but videogames will keep being made and released. There were games before the big hungry corporations, there will be games after. For love of games.

Fully understanding what was meant, my brain still caught on "Goldberg machine" rather than a "Rube Goldberg machine", and imagined a Bill Goldberg machine. Off the top of my head, a machine that takes twice as long to get there, makes a lot of noise, then produces an unsatisfactory final result.
