Old nerd. Just four bad ideas in a trenchcoat. Half the weirdos on Is That Some Kind of Japanimation Thing? and regular contributor to Ghost Show Press’s Everyone’s Gone to the Movies series. They say I cannot be killed by normal means. He/him
My Cthulhu hunt for the day is for Keith Herber's original ending to the Spawn of Azathoth, which got rewritten when it came in house at Chaosium. This is yet another thing that was available at YSDC at one point, but now gone with the site. If anyone has a copy, I'd appreciate it.

Nilles is very brave, because Rush has started to go through drummers like Spinal Tap.

Let’s all take a moment to appreciate the absolute best way to exit a conversation ever.
The vile Daniel T*te (behind the disgusting MAGA-style I*tegrityTO acct) appears to be within winning range in Toronto Centre. Even if u don't want to vote 4 mayor, pls go out to vote against this pos. He cannot have any direct say in municipal affairs (believe me, he's behind a lot of bs already)
Early morning and take-away Cantonese dumplings for breakfast from Kam Fung in Montreal’s Chinatown. After a month in Paris I’ve missed this. For diversity of cuisines and excellent restaurants, Montreal beats Paris every time.

This will not be good for anyone other than Informa’s shareholders.
Just read that Informa, the company that owns all the Fan Expo shows, just bought the company that owns Left Field Media (Rose City Comic Con, Awesome Con, Anime NYC, and Anime Frontier.)

According to MIT News, Margaret Hamilton died at the age of 90. "A profoundly influential computer scientist best known for leading the software engineering team at MIT’s Instrumentation Lab during NASA’s Apollo program". This famous photo 🔽 inspired the For All Mankind character Margo Madison.

I need to rewatch the Fantastic Four movie if only because the film has a cult which thinks "maybe it would be ok if Galactus ate the planet?" and they have a banger folk tune.
This is in fact the greatest donut ever devised and I am unsure why I've only ever found one bakery outside NWOn that makes them.
On my travels across Canada this summer, I made sure I stopped in Thunder Bay to enjoy a pastry that was invented in the 1940s, and named for an American army general. This is the story of the treat with the pink icing, The Persian. youtu.be/M3nPPcKng-A

Skydance now owns Nick, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Comedy Central, and MTV, effectively ending US TV animation as we know it. Countless jobs will be lost, and fewer new shows will be created. An apocalyptic scenario for cartoons, yet it's maybe the 5th-worst thing about the Paramount-WB merger!

This actually deserves a full thread here because we need to start by understanding that "chattering class" conservatives are all of them. The Bulwark guys, the Never Chumpers, the people who wince that oh I agree with his POLICIES but he's just so UNCOUTH, etc. All of 'em.
It's pretty clear at this point a lot of conservatives in the chattering classes are working to try and head off any sort of post-Chump reckoning and frankly it's an act of compassion to call this out, because it's just going to make things worse.
in a just world someone would stone cold stun these guys into concrete
