On the topic of my whole disdain for the girl malfoy trend, I wanna bring up something very important for the folks who want to call out others who are engaging with it: Be kind about it! As tempting as it may be to deplatform or "bring justice" to someone, that's not how you get people to change.
This past week has been an absolute disaster for Bsky's Art scene. Everything that a lot of Bsky regulars did here were unjustifiable. I already said in the past that Bsky people are known for being an annoyance, but this was outright hatred and bullying.
okay the Malfoid thing is legit just becoming really angry harassment rather than a hope for people to get better for like half the people responding to artists about it.
People REALLY need to stop with online harassment and witchhunts like, i dont care your reasoning "Don't harass or be mean/rude to people", is something we teach kindergarteners, yet some people online do not understand at all
