I will simply say I am seeing exactly this situation play out right now in a different field. Work that would have taken about 3 weeks start to finish via traditional methods is now into week 6 and still in what amounts to first draft territory

Watching wifey play Crimson Desert and I agree that the game is visually gorgeous but I’m sitting here going “where the fuck is the story and why do I care about any of this?” Also it has the worst exposition since ff13. At least 13 vaguely explained things.
One thing I find endlessly funny about the rise of AI is that it has revealed that there is a large number of people who believe that the reason they wrote essays at school or university is their teachers were desperately waiting for them to provide a definite answer to “Lear: what’s up with him?”
