a reason that Stevens lost and other AIPAC candidates are losing despite the huge infusions of money is that Dem voters don't want to vote for a candidate who is funded by the same org who will immediately turn around and fund the Republicans

I vote for shitty moderate Democrats all the time in general elections. I do it because Republicans are demons from hell, not because I care about the opinions of people like this. But man is it annoying.

Dearborn voted for TRUMP instead of the Black Lady. I’m encouraging Black Detroit to vote for Jill Stein or Trump , like the Arabs in Dearborn did in 24!

Gretchen McCulloch@gretchenmcculloch.com · 8h agoOne of the great joys of my adult life has been realizing that I can just pick up a new skill every so often, take a fun little class in it weekly for a year or two, and simply enjoy meeting people and getting medium proficient and not attempting to become professional in it at all!
Sweet bleeding Mithras, almost everything is SO MUCH BETTER than it was 40 years ago. Air travel I grant you (with the exception of SMOKING ON PLANES). But medical technology? The availability of so many foods? Air pollution? It's just so much better now.

I’m old enough to remember when the Republican Party consistently said its platform of faith, capitalism, and conservatism was intended to improve the lives of all Americans. I was never likely to vote for Republicans but the idea was at least plausible. They wanted my vote. Today? lol.
