I’m not optimistic Spencer will do this seeing as his website is still called Forever Wars but it’s probably time to reevaluate how much money in elections actually matters

@abdulelsayed.bsky.social triumphing over something like $60 million, $32-ish million of it AIPAC money, is not a "narrow" victory, it's a people's earthquake. This kind of spending is oligarchy in action, to smother democracy through its formal channels, and is getting normalized. Still he won.

I’ve been bullish on AOC recently but this is incredibly stupid. In a vacuum it’s bad enough, you don’t need to pander to cranks. But also you’re just chomping down on GOP bait! They are relitigating COVID in 2026 so they can talk about something, anything besides how bad Trump is doing!

There is pervasive corruption across our healthcare and agricultural systems that defy party lines. I meet with MAHA activists because a lot of their concerns are bipartisan issues that major corporations paint as partisan. The fight isn't left and right, it's top and bottom.

The “you can’t buy high quality stuff anymore” seems a lot like the “air travel used to be so much better” where that level of good and service was the result of conditions that largely don’t exist anymore but it’s still available if you want it, ppl just largely don’t pay for it
