It is so fucking crazy that the city tried to do a back room deal, got caught, then the council tried to push poll the public on the deal and a vast majority of Portlanders said they hate it & it’s not a priority, and now they are trying to ram the same back room deal through the council.

Still can’t get over that the day after the Blazers blundered into announcing they’re 100% aware they’re bargaining from a position that’s publicly distasteful, half of Portland City Council acted like they’ve got us over a barrel and we better not make them mad by asking for stuff.
Only question I have left for how I’m voting in November is if there’s even a viable candidate to rank third left in the race.
