If you ran an AI company and desperately needed to slow your burn rate without signalling to investors that it's time to stop putting in money, especially with a technology that the money people do not understand at all, you'd cook up a narrative that you made something too powerful to rush.

He was flawed, and deeply frustrated, but his way of responding to it could be a basis for a whole shift in “good men” characters.
That was just 2 episodes?! I still go around quoting "You can't go to boob town. That, my friend, is a gated community."

I just introduced my 16yo son (who wants to be a screenwriter) to Hill House, Bly Manor and Midnight Mass. He absolutely loved them and my rewatch reminded me how special and immaculately written these shows are. I guess my favourite horror will always be horror with heart. @mikeflanaganfilm.com
