You gotta hand it to OpenAI, billing this as a *partnership* between OpenAI & Hugging Face when what actually happened was Hugging Face finding out that OpenAI was using a bunch of bots to exploit security vulnerabilities. Talk about good marketing or whatever you want to call it, by OpenAI.

I've been let go by Stuff today as one of their weekly cartoonists. I'm incredibly gutted. I've been with the paper for over 8 years. To every person who read, shared, laughed or felt seen by my work. Thank you. You're my people! I won't give up. Just need some time to recalibrate.

Audrey Young criticised the Greens for picking Benjamin Doyle, saying "you're an MP even before you're an MP". But Paul Henry, who called homosexuals "unnatural", said Susan Boyle was retarded, and questioned whether a non-white Kiwi was "even a NZer"? He "can’t be criticised for wanting to stand"!

Audrey Young, NZ Herald: "Henry’s press conference on Tuesday with leader David Seymour was like a political slalom, weaving in and out of the issues with dexterity, humour and sincerity – and without coming a cropper. Political editor Thomas Coughlan called it a “masterclass”. The best thing the Opposition can do in response to Henry’s grand entrance to politics is to ignore him. He is popular and positive. You can dislike his politics, you can envy his money, you can be appalled at some of his misjudgments as a broadcaster, but he is so damned likeable. He is intelligent, fun and funny and he’s a great communicator. That means criticism of him for now has to be handled with care, because unfair criticism could rebound on the critics. He can’t be criticised for wanting to stand or having the potential to rescue Act from stagnation."
