As a matter of fact, it’s all dark…

Brilliant letter from Stuart Thompson to Jeremy Clarkson about his comments that benefit claimants should write weekly thank you letters to tax payers detailing how they spend their benefits each week.

What if we all just made a pact to support our indie bookshops and public libraries to the best of our abilities instead of massive corporations 🙃

I don't care anymore. Let them kill off their stupid fucking voters. If all trump needed was some horse paste and chicken soup, why did he have to be hospitalized at Walter reed and get cutting edge treatment that was not available to us plebs? And why does he get the vax? Seriously. I'm tired.

Have you noticed the tributes to Lindsey Graham don't cite any actual legislative accomplishments that benefited his constituents? It's a lot of "he was a strong voice" & "got along with everyone"- generic stuff you could say about anyone. His actual legacy is fluffing Trump & reckless war-mongering

My mother had Alzheimer's, and it lasted a decade. That wilderness she descended into was made far worse by a state that essentially said "good luck" and "goodbye" having to navigate care and selling her house and worrying that we'd run out of money to finance it all. If anyone can fix it, good.

1/8 For the past few months my work has largely fallen into two categories. First, strategic intelligence: collecting and analysing #TheHormuzCrisis events as they unfold. Second, scenario analysis: using that intelligence to explain where events may develop next. My latest article is neither.

1/13 For the last two weeks I have been focused on the Strait of Hormuz. The horror, destruction and loss of life there continues on all sides, with no obvious path back to stability. But conflicts like this rarely stay confined to one maritime theatre. They spread. #TheHormuzCrisis

Spider Man Rides The Tube Not every superhero swings through the city, some catch the tube instead. It took a few attempts to nail the timing, but I finally made the SpiderMan poster look like Spidey is hitching a ride on a passing train. Captured at Oxford Circus station.

Robert Jenrick has a meltdown on #C4News He refuses to accept that there are parliamentary rules that Nigel Farage may have broken And insists the only people who can judge Nigel Farage are the people of Clacton 😅 - Whatever you do, please don't share this humiliating clip

TRUMP THEN: If you had a knife, you can't even cut the Reflecting Pool. TRUMP NOW: We have vandalism… I think 290, 300 foot slit right through, and probably a box cutter, or a knife of some kind.
