8/4/26
On 8/1/26, the Winona Police Department discovered that all eight of our city's Flock cameras were missing. That evening, an officer noted that there'd been no recent activity on the cameras. Officers subsequently checked the various locations where the Flock cameras were placed and found that the poles were cut down near the base. Officers located the poles nearby in the weeds, but the cameras had been removed. As of 8/4/26, the cameras have not been located.
The stolen cameras were stationed in the following areas:
Two near Hwy 61/Bundy Blvd
Two near Hwy 61/Hwy 14
Two near Hwy 14/Knopp Valley Dr
Two near Hwy 43/Homer Rd
The timeframe of the thefts appears to be between July 29th and August 1st.
The cost to replace each camera and pole is approximately $3,000.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.

Disclosure Day starts pretty slow but gets better after half an hour to become engaging. Blunt is pretty great and has some solid emotional moments as well as a good score and solid editing. I feel the ending didn’t hit as hard as it should but overall is entertaining, if a little sloppy. 7/10
