Ännu en värmebölja och 41° i Österrike kan ju tyckas obehagligt. Men det är inget att oroa sig för. För vem vet? Om några år kanske vi t.o.m får ett politiskt parti som tycker vi ska börja räkna våra faktiska utsläpp av växthusgaser. Och sen är det bara att sätta igång och rösta utav bara helsike.

Det här är absolut ingenting (ännu så länge) mot vad som händer i bl.a Sydeuropa nu. Folk måste börja fatta att hela vår matförsörjning är akut hotad av klimatförändringarna. Det går helt enkelt inte att vara bonde om väderförhållandena blir alltför extrema.

I'm not sure folks have realized just how crazy the second half of 2026 and 2027 will be for global temperatures – on the back of a record-smashing El Niño event. Here is my latest estimate of where both years will end up compared to global temperatures since 1850.
