9 hrs 25 minutes CPAP usage last night. Still absolutely shattered but that’s due to fibro / ME. my chest feels loads better don’t get spasms and cramps. After surgery for bowel cancer I got a partially collapsed right lung and damage to my diaphragm plus pulmonary embolism the cpap keeps it open

You shouldn’t have to call journalists brave unless they’re in a war zone or imbedded within an army fighting a war, but that adjective is perfectly reasonable for anyone in the US media fighting for truth like Kaitlan Collins. Amazing strength of character.

I watched Tron Ares last night. I thought it was a very enjoyable film. The star of the film unfortunately has the charisma of a Victorian fish wife’s phlegm.
The Goodies was an absolute institution in my youth. People not of my age won’t understand the impact a show could have when there was so little else on. Clever, oh so clever. Nothing like it ever existed. Closest thing I can think of was the young ones.
