Casual reminder that the original plan for Ben Shapiro's "Lady Ballers" was for it to be an undercover documentary where dudes sign up to compete in women's sports, only to find out that places that allow trans athletes to compete actually have rules and standards.

Ben Shapiro spends his entire show mocking the WNBA and its players. Including a montage his team put together of missed shots at the All-Star game which he laughs at. It's incredible how much transphobia can just let you be an open misogynist.

if you think either Neir game is not 'woke' you are a fool. Nier and its parent series Drakengard are both really what conservatives call 'woke' its meant to make you very uncomfortable the whole major twist of Neir one on ng+ was litterally inspired by the 9/11 terrorists i wish i was joking

Playing that Woke or Nah? game that using that absurd "woke detector" steam curator list and it just told me that NIER AUTOMATA is not woke lmao. I know the people running curation lists are absolute clowns, but even so.

This is one of the best things I’ve read on the Paramount WB merger. The new company would come into being with 79 billion in debt. What could go wrong?

People think "Hollywood" is rich and famous. The reality? Film and TV is a national industry. It's a blue collar industry. And it is an industry free fall. My latest for @newrepublic.com on how the Paramount merger would crush blue collar workers who can not afford it newrepublic.com/article/2136...

first the exec looks fucking evil, like even i think its overdoing it. second yeah most of Hollywood isnt execs or actors but blue collar union

👇 "The vast majority of people who work in film and television are not studio executives, nor are they famous actors. They are, overwhelmingly, blue-collar workers, freelancers, and small businesses. And they are in free fall." Yes.

The reason i stopped doing Autism and disability advocacy is because I cared too much and was fighting against a society that didnt care. I was constantly angry and I knew I couldn't keep doing what i was doing so i stepped away. But i never stopped caring instead i shifted to helping those around me

If you want to force sony to keep physical media you need to shame them for hating disabled folks. they will wait out the outrage of a boycott. but sony overlooked how most disabled folks can only afford used games or movies. Which requires physical media, and their actions speak to exec contempt
