You know what, I miss when it was easy to post things to people. I'm so fed up with repacking parcels, weighing, listing, costing every item and then it's slightly too heavy and double the postage and I just feel like giving up. Literally trying to send a mug, some trousers, a book.

In case anyone else is burnt out and also cannot take the break they actually need here's some advice my therapist gave me today that I'm sharing here jic: -wear comfortable clothes, & only pack comfortable clothes for trips -take at least two 15min breaks a day of silence, no screens or sounds

Bathrooms: "Gee we should be making sure predators aren't pretending to be trans to get into women's bathrooms and attacking them," realizing this is essentially an urban legend and then dropping it.

The disappointing thing about the Odyssey movie is that I walked past the cinema and they had a photo up of them dragging the horse from the water and I thought they'd introduced a subplot where the horse is the hollowed carapace of a sea creature but apparently no Disappointing, won't watch

I didn't fully realise that the giving of the one book in itself is meant to be "an initiative". If that's the case, that's... I don't know. Read this, I'm a bit tired today

Got diagnosed with ADHD and I think it's ok to be exhausted for a bit because unsurprisingly the process of telling a stranger about my everyday systems and strategies is even more exhausting than my everyday strategies and systems especially when they say "so you totally exhaust yourself with that"
