Vinegar does no good, nor do other acids. Baking soda does no good, nor do other bases.The three tear gases are not neutralized by any of them. Milk does no good either. You need soap/detergent and water for skin and clothing, and always only plain water for the eyes. Lots of it. That’s it.

Opt-out lists have been disregarded by model trainers in the past, and can be easily ignored with zero consequences. They are unverifiable and unenforceable, and those who violate opt-out lists and do-not-scrape directives can not be identified with high confidence.

As a heads-up, “Price Gouging” is legally defined as raising the price of a thing (here, rent) by more than 10% over the pre-event price. If you see that happening in LA via, say, Zillow or somewhere, you can report it there, or(inclusive or) list it here: docs.google.com/spreadsheets...
