I’m writing a book about Sharon Kowalski, whose car was hit. Y a drunk driver in 1983. Her lover had to fight until 1991 to gain the right to make major health-care decisions for her (via guardianship) and it was 1993 when Sharon moved back in with Karen, her partner.

Still time to make a comment. I wrote as loved one of a person with chronic illness, an historian, and administrator focused on undergraduate research in all disciplines. I picked a few areas for focus of my comments. Public conversation has also not captured the language of the rule change.
