Today is the first day of in-person early voting. I voted for both me, and you, for a people-first DC. You can vote for a people-first DC at any vote center regardless of your address.

We have not issued and will not issue any statements in support of or in opposition to candidates for the Ward One Council race, as no candidate received a two-thirds vote at our endorsement meeting, as required by our bylaws. All five candidates for Ward One Council are members in good standing.

ELECTION RESULT: The Chair announced that Precinct 35 Representative Laura Whitaker was elected among the precinct representatives present and voting to fill a vacancy on the Executive Committee for the 2025-2027 term. Congratulations, Laura! 🎉
