Every criminal defence lawyer should now be asking - as standard: * Has any piece of evidence, schedule, digital search, summary, or unused assessment been conducted by AI? * Has any witness used AI in the formulation of their statement, exhibits or in preparation of giving oral evidence at trial?
We know from recent work that even minimal use of #LLMs results in both cognitive and skills atrophy (via cognitive surrender). This is a prime example.

I dont know who needs to here this (ahem #criminology) but the use of quantitative methods does not make your research 'objective', nor free from bias. There seems to be some who think that there is transivity from tool 'objectivity' to epsitemic 'objectivity'. This is a fallacy! #BadScience
