I cannot emphasize how much of a non-issue this is. I use the women's. Doctors ask when my last period was. Airport security looks back up at me when I hand them my passport. I have navigated life smoothly as a woman for years, and I am only endangered by the ideological fixations on denying that.

I am, contrary to conservative fantasies, living a very uncomplicated lesbian life. I would like to continue doing that without the threat of having my rights revoked by one fascist government or another.

Transition works much better than cis people think it does. I have not had to assert myself or tell people what pronouns to use for me, unless I'm explicitly trusting them to use "xe/xer". And I use this nefarious ability to blend in among cis women to live my fucking life and piss in peace.

One day left to leave a comment. Even if you disapprove of firearm ownership this rule is likely being used to set a legal battle that may strip blue states of the ability to change gender markers on IDs and other documents.

It will be worse than this! Most websites will be forced to ask you to send your ID to a third party surveillance service, adding a credit card won't be enough for most. Bluesky asks for your *social security number* if you live in Texas now, due to this shit. Call in, and kill it.

Finally getting Monday's stream uploaded over to youtube (I've had a lot of internet problems this week). The SECOND Procession to Calvary hit the site, it was instantly flagged. So I figured ah, clearly youtube had a problem with the fully nude woman thrusting her hips the credits play over. Nope!

There is a real serious problem a lot of people have, particularly on social media sites, where they quote or otherwise link directly to awful things when explaining not to patronize them at all. I don't wanna single this person out, but I also want to demonstrate something you could do instead:

Having had cause to call the number in question on several occasions, I would like to make the very important correction that it is not a hotline. The "hot" in "hotline" refers to there being a person at the other end 24 hours/7 days a week. The trans one is only live business hours Monday-Thursday.

Sorry i meant to say we need more celebrities to donate $100 million to suicide hotlines so we can call someone who will beg us not to kill ourselves when the state takes away our medication and housing, and then send the cops to our home if we say the wrong series of words. My bad.

am i allowed to talk about how weird it is that the main way liberals philantropize trans people is by donating money to liberal nonprofits for call centers that beg us not to kill ourselves, instead of directly funding our material needs which, when deprived, lead to suicidality? is that allowed?
