5 Calls@5calls.org · 11h agoShould I call elected officials outside of my state/district? No. Non-constituent calls to elected officials will NOT get tallied and may do more harm than good. They can crowd phone lines and block calls from constituents, or they may lead to reps writing off their entire call log as astroturfing.

You know what is fascinating? Trans people have been the topic du hour across the political spectrum for weeks now. Cis people, including cis progressives, talked about us on their shows. Nobody took me up on this. No one. And they didn't invite any other trans people either.
