I had a strange dream last night that has to be the result of going months without soda. In the dream I accidentally drank some blue raspberry soda and immediately panicked because I was afraid I'd get addicted to it.

As far as I'm concerned, parents who refuse to have their kids vaccinated are guilty of child abuse. The only exception is if they have a kid with some rare condition that prevents them from safely getting vaccinated.

Someone a reasonable distance from me has a Vectrex with 6 cartridges for sale. The joystick is even in good shape. The catch is that they say it won't play the cartridges. The built-in game works fine. It's probably not too hard to fix. But as awesome as the system is I don't really need it.

I looked up James Talarico's positions on trans rights since I've seen stuff popping up again. A couple of his stated positions are transphobic, but I think there's hope that he could improve. As it stands he's miles better than Ken Paxton.
