We’re going to hear about how everyone loved Dolly, and that feels true. But it’s good to remember, and to her credit, that she was attacked for her AIDS activism, her vaccine advocacy, her LGBTQ+ support and even, more recently, for her reading initiatives. She ALWAYS stood firm when it mattered.

whoever is in charge of all the Jira UI "improvements," please freaking STOP. I am not in need of any more surprise visual assault and my violentmonkey overrides script is probably longer than your codebase at this point.

I'm going to try posting some tiny daily (but probably not daily) non-heavy moments. I very miss twitter and am trying to reform some semblance of internet community again. For today, I'm sharing my sprouting of a public library seed!

Picture of 2 small sprouts in soil in a small container. A propped up small envelope shows the name of the sprouts, Argula, Eruca Sativa and the sowing instructions - Sowing: Direct sow, ⅙ in.deep. 6in. apart, full sun to partial shade, rich, well drained soil, keep moist. avoid hot weather. Harvest leaves at 2-3 in long or in 6-8 weeks.

"I'm letting them get away with it!" as a statement regarding a single person is maybe my favorite thing. #maemartin
