I'm just going to say this for now: I DON'T want prosecutions, I want REPARATIONS, which include *consequences* like being removed from office & losing power & opportunity to continue & repeat harm, but focus on REPAIR to people & communities harmed NOT fueling the systems that produce the harm.

I have no idea what series op is talking about here, since he doesn't clarify, but this is more or less the feedback I see from everyone who tries to read Dungeon Crawler Carl and entirely misses the point of the book. It must suck to not recognize a critique of capitalism when you see one.

My take away from this article is that Klob is the centrist establishment corporate Democrat we all think she is, likely with stronger conservative institutional ties than I had understood. No huge revelations, but a good profile. Certainly doesn't make me less worried for the next several years.

Statement by House Democratic leadership on the enormous unilateral tariff authority Congress just gave the president. House passed this 262-159 with 58 Democrats supporting, clearly no leadership whipping going on. The Senate version passed 86-11 and Schumer voted yes!
