Twitch and Amazon are apparently planning to use streams to train Generative AI. Multiple sources tell me it will be announced in the coming months, despite some internal friction against it. Creators may be able to opt out of some training data.

i know max g is a very controversial guy, and i get why. but i can't help but feel my heart break for him, since he is considering assisted suicide due to his fibromyalgia. it's... it's horrible. hearing him get emotional, voice cracking. fuck, man, nobody deserves that (1/15)

It will be worse than this! Most websites will be forced to ask you to send your ID to a third party surveillance service, adding a credit card won't be enough for most. Bluesky asks for your *social security number* if you live in Texas now, due to this shit. Call in, and kill it.

I hate that storyboards have become expected to be final clean animation poses with breakdowns in perfect perspective. this is not how it was supposed to be. let the animators animate! (I say as both a boarder and an animator)

I love how the previous generations of storyboard artists were allowed to draw silly cartoon characters on flat wobbly backgrounds, but now we have to learn how to draw the most realistic anime proportions and perspective ever to even be considered for a job
