My trio is all Black cause I believe in having young folks see that they can do this shit too.
So much energy is put into people who do bad and we pretend it’s not libidinal Because if you actually get into it.. into cults, abuse etc… we see all over how much work has to be done by abusers to circumvent goodness Why aren’t we asking how to support those who do good ?
If companies want to outsource their customer support to other countries, they need to train their employees on cultural competence!! 😤 It is exhausting to try to get agents to understand why my issue is so important to me 🫠
