A constituent recently asked me why doesn't the city require garages to accommodate bigger vehicles. The City of Bend doesn't even allow someone to use a bow and arrow. I don't think cities should be required to accommodate vehicles of unlimited size, either.

Spotted while waiting at a crosswalk. I wonder why I often feel unsafe as a pedestrian? It can't be said enough that these types of vehicles have no place on our streets, *especially* in dense areas. This kind of truck is incompatible with safety for people trying to walk, bike, or roll.
