Concerning trend I see online is using social justice language as a mask when talking about issues that at their core are interpersonal conflict. There is nothing wrong with feeling anger, envy, or hurt towards someone, but we need to talk about this in private with our support circles.

Conflict resolution tip from a greymuzzle: if a couple friends get into an argument or fight and one of them says "you can't be friends with them if you still want to be friends with me" they're the problem. Note: this is not the same as saying "I don't feel okay being around them anymore"
