Seems like bad news. It's that same guy who got all that press alleging his speech was being shut down for 'writing to the premier,' when his letter 'to the premier' was instead published in media outlets, identifying himself by his job, and the contents were him just shitting on a SOLID facility.

Under first-past-the-post, freedom of information is little more than an honour system politicians can tear up when it's inconvenient. Proportional representation would prevent this kind of abuse by requiring multi-party consensus rather than relying on the whims of one premier.
