Learning about Ace Attorney has unlocked the unfortunate fact that I'm named like an Ace Attorney character*. I can picture the wiki entry about my name very clearly. *it's too punny to be a main character, but complex enough that I'd be a recurring character across multiple cases

Genuinely, this is what bothers me the most, it's fundamentally changed my relationship with art where I'm greeting it initially with skepticism and scrutiny, I never want to feel that way about art.

ik i always log in to complain abt the current state of the internet. however the 4chan-ification of the internet (particularly in queer communities) has been a net negative for all of us and the sooner we start rejecting that and climbing out of this hole, the better we'll be for it

There's something that people don't realize about saying "you present masculine/feminine" when it comes to enbys. Think about it in reverse. How would we present in a nonbinary way? The answer is that we already do. It's the limited perception and language that confine our identities.
People responding with "lol they are kids show"... you get that that's worse? An adult has a world view and can contrast these messages against it children are forming their world views around these messages.
