After traveling through LHR many times over the last 16 years, I unlocked my most circuitous airport transfer yet, by far. Outbound flight departed from Gate 565, just 150m away from inbound. But I needed to traverse 8.9 km to make the connection — 59x farther than just walking across the taxiway 😂
