Do try to remember that the EHRC guidance only affects service providers and not employment, so if you work somewhere where there are toilets or changing rooms for employees that aren’t open to the public then your employers are wrong if they try to stop you from using facilities for your gender

People who take care to tell you that tomatoes are a fruit, not a vegetable… WRONG! They are a fruit, but why would you think that an edible fruit (seed-bearing part of a plant) is not a vegetable (edible part of a plant)? If you’re going to do a pompous “I think you’ll find..”, get it right.
