A trans man in the UK has been banned in the workplace restrooms after he was forced to use the women's restrooms to comply with the new EHRC guidance. The women complained because he is visibly male and so they told him he can't use any bathroom.

He's now facing an impossible situation at work with his employer telling him that due to recent legislation he must use the toilet of his birth gender. BUT several female colleagues have raised a grievance about him using their gendered toilet. His employer has told him that he cannot use the toilet while he is at work until they sort it out and cannot give him a timeframe to do so. They do [cut off] have disabled separate toilets. In the mean time one of his female colleagues has accused him of sexual harassment because he was used their gendered toilet. His menstrual cycle meant he needed to use the toilet. He's been with the employer for just over 5 years but only in this location for 18 months. The location is mainly male with just a handful of females, and his workshop only has male toilets. I do not know how to support him and as he's not in a union there is no one to turn too right now." The post has an orange "Comments Moderated" tag, 169 upvotes, and 134 comments.

This is shameful discriminatory and misogynistic reporting. People aren’t choosing disability to be “cool”. Young women don’t have to “prove” to you that they’re sick. Disability rates are skyrocketing because we’ve left a disabling virus rip through the population for over 6 years.

I run #DrawSteel in person, and there’s definitely times where the maps are “inspired” by, rather than 1-2-1 accurate. I’ve tried to recreate the vibes of the final Dark Heart of the Wood encounter.

I have been replaying Bloodborne for like the 12th time. I remember such a fixation on trying to get Trick Weapons in 5E. I wonder what that would look like for #DrawSteel. Is that a whole new kit? Or just a treasure that has different modes?

One of my players snapped this pic from our last session of #DrawSteel. We started running Fall of Blackbottom and @jondenor.com ‘s Stawl.App has been fantastic both for players and running Combats. This was the party getting ambushed by War Dogs in the Alleyways.

Had one of those “fuck it” and had Bambu put everything on a single busy AF plate as an experiment. One of the objects fell over and started stringing everywhere but Bambu was able to detect it skip just that one object and carry on. Just incredible.

Unfortunately Shooting Star broke right before the Cosplay Parade at Kupocon so we didn’t get a chance to show it off. But we were able to swap it out for the OG pinwheel. (Bonus rising star picture) Back to the drawing board for something a little more durable for Conventions!
