It’s a direct attack on rule of law from the highest levels, aimed at permanently ending US Constitutional democracy and imposing a dictatorship. Always has been. Anyone who tries treating it as something else—as if they’re dealing with mistaken impressions rather than lies—gets egg on their face.

This seems like a problem. It's going to take a ton of work and money to unwind Trumpian corruption, which makes seizure of any Trumpworld asset touched by corruption or legality an urgent "first 100 days" action item for the next POTUS.

The next Dem administration must reverse many Trump policies and agreements - especially these sorts of corrupt pardon deals. They are not just invalid, but they are an act in furtherance of other crimes. In short - they are sketchy enough to justify immediate search and seizure of Trump assets.

Why is it wrong for US counterintelligence to investigate a hostile anti-US foreign intelligence operation? They never give an answer to that. The real answer seems to be “investigating would reveal facts that make Donald Trump look bad,” and I don’t think that’s a good national security argument.

I can give you my impression. Again, Mr. Taylor, I think it's lamentable that such questions cannot be asked of Indian people who are best able to answer for themselves.

The overwhelming right wing sentiment is that COVID was an engineered bioweapon that was also harmless. Trump overreacted to it by shutting down the country, then engineered a drive to create a vaccine that was the real bioweapon that killed millions, and it's Joe Biden's fault.

I have yet to read a @nytimes.com article where they call the most corrupt president we’ve had post WWII (probably ever) corrupt. They frame their articles about abuse of power & corruption as Trump’s moods: wrath, changing his mind, anger, argumentative, brooding, etc.
