Keeping it tight

Whenever Bampy attempts something adventurous and takes a fall she immediately dashes over and jumps into my lap for comfort. It's just about the cutest thing you will ever see. What about Pishi, you might ask. Well, you fool, Pishi will never attempt anything.

men only want one thing, and it's a world where time drifts slowly and music carries you away. to be set adrift by the timeless pleasures of tubular bells. to order Pure Moods, call the number on your screen, or send check or money order for the amount shown, plus shipping and handling.

There was a brief window years ago when Gretchen Whitmer could have been president and her career ever since then can only be explained by assuming that Gretchen Whitmer really does not want to be president.

Anton Chigurh: What's the most you ever lost on a coin flip? Me: The equivalent of thirty thousand dollars. Anton Chigurh: *already reaching f—* Wait, really? Me: Yeah. Anton Chigurh: Dames? Me: Yeah. Anton Chigurh: *Packing up his stuff.* Damn.

Anton Chigurh: What's the most you ever lost on a coin flip? Me: One time I flipped a quarter but dropped it in a sewer grate. So I guess 25 cents. Anton: *already reaching for cow stunner*

This story is indeed insane. They literally *discounted his correct answers* (on questions about the Constitution) so that a Trump supporting girl who wants to go to Hillsdale College could win $25K and be televised meeting Trump. So. Gross.

This story is crazy. It would appear Trump admin officials rigged their nationally televised high school civics contest to keep a young man from a Sikh family out of the finalists. www.notus.org/national/ame...

I really hate to say this but I cut out gluten and now I feel like a god. This is the worst thing that's ever happened to me.

ive gotten much more convinced how important it is to call things what they are. look what can happen when you state the facts clearly and posit them against a clear moral background. good work can get good results. (and i think we can blame bad results on the absence of good work)

The epic investigation in the New Yorker by Heidi Blake seems to have lit a fire under UK criminal justice bureaucrats, who'd messed up last time they had a chance to prosecute the Tates (including some pretty horrendous victim blaming Blake recounts). Journalism matters for justice.

I love when someone fucks up the national anthem and everyone gets mad. Oh, no, they put their own spin on the world's tackiest, shittiest song that's about a war we barely even teach in our schools? We should throw them in prison.
