I like bein’ a bear.

(Re-uploaded with improved video quality and an error fixed.) Here's the spiral staircase scene from Ys III: Wanderers from Ys across the different versions of the game. For some reason, this scene isn't included in the Famicom and PS2 releases. #Falcom #Ys

Random game Saturday: let’s keep going with Falcom on the PC Engine…oh no, this was localized! I mean the TurboGrafx! I played pretty far into this back when. I’d love to finish it some day.

Today’s #randomgamesaturday is the original Street Fighter on its only port back in the day for the PC Engine CD. It’s an awful game. Horrible control and little fun to be had, but we got very good sequels a few years later. It wouldn’t happen without the OG.

Today's Random Game Saturday is Blue's Journey for the Neo Geo AES! (Raguy if your AES is in Japan region) A fun little side scroller with an amazing game over screen

Random game Saturday: Legend of Xanadu for PC Engine. Somehow I’ve never played this for more than like 10 minutes. One of the first imports I ever got, too, back in the Turbo Mailing List days.
