I remember last years COP in Brazil when they cut down a huge part of the Amazon to build a 4 lane highway to ease traffic for the attendees.
The world burns and climate conferences resemble award ceremonies, where they roll out the red carpet and invite princes and actors, nothing has ever achieved, it’s just a jolly at the expense of the taxpayer. While those affected and those who really want change, are not invited.
